Term Highlights

• Lease Terms are flexible between 2 to 4 years

• All leases require an Option Payment. This serves as a portion of the down payment if you do purchase the home.

• 10% of the monthly rent can be placed into escrow that is used in if you do purchase of the home.

• Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant/potential buyer

• Lawn care and snow removal are the responsibility of the tenant/potential buyer

• All repairs that are under $300 are the responsibility of the tenant/potential buyer

• The purchase price of the home is predetermined at the beginning of the lease term.
